Rézme, a social-impact technology firm, helps connect justice-impacted candidates to employers. The original web copy (currently still live), doesn’t immediately showcase the benefit of Rézme’s products.

My job was to highlight Rézme’s unique benefits for both employers and candidates. After conducting market and product research and developing an initial SEO strategy, I rewrote Rézme’s web copy to appeal to the two main users: for justice-impacted candidates, I underpinned an emotional appeal of how Rézme helps them take control of their own narrative within a unfriendly hiring landscape; for employers, I drew on the economic benefit of saving millions against fair-chance lawsuits that Rézme avoids through its compliance software.

I also worked cross-functionally with a designer to create Rézme’s brand guidelines, and wrote the voice and tone guidelines to ensure human-centric and informative copy across platforms.

Because my copy isn’t currently live, please contact me to see this work.
